Hello!

Welcome to Glory in the Gaps, a space where we can slow down and come together to find the beauty in the in-between and mundane. As I walk through the journey of parenting, motherhood, and everyday life, my hope is to share the real, the hard, and the joyful moments - always pointing back to the unshakable hope we in Jesus Christ and the truth in the Gospel. I pray you find encouragement here, a sense of community, and a reminder that there is glory even in the gaps of our stories. I am so glad you are here!

My Story

Hello! I am Rheana, and I am the heart behind Glory in the Gaps. I am a wife to my wonderful husband Benji, and we have 6 kids! Their names are Naomi, Levi, Ezra, Elijah, Solomon, and Gideon.

I am a mama walking through the beautiful, messy journey of motherhood - always learning, growing, and seeing God's grace and seeking His wisdom in the middle of it all. Our life is filled with laughter, tears, surprises, and the unique joys and trials that come with parenting and everyday family life.

Writing has always been a passion I have had and I felt the Lord lay it on my heart to start this blog to use that gift to share our story and bring people together. Because our life hasn't been perfect, I want to share how I have seen the many ways Jesus meets us right in the gaps and in the mundane moments - the places where we feel weak, uncertain, or unseen, or when we are folding laundry, cooking dinner, potty training, or doing the dishes. It has been in those places that his glory shines the brightest. Parenting is Kingdom work.

Here, you will find honest stories, bits of humor, encouragement for weary hearts, and gentle reminders that you are not alone. My greatest hope is to build a village of parents where we can lift each other up, walk in grace, and keep our eyes on the Gospel.

In the works...

To build our community, I will be creating a groups page as the community grows and interest increases. My hope is for this new feature to be a space for people to feel safe and encouraged, as well as build relationships with others. Stay tuned for updates!
